Villa Azur Altea stands out for the spaciousness and brightness of its rooms. Its south orientation as well as the large windows that run throughout the house allow to capture the maximum light and offer the best views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Puig Campana mountain and the skyline of Benidorm.
The living room has an extra large and extra deep sofa in cozy velvet bordered by other Paola Lenti sofas as well as a coquettish Novelle Vague chaise longue designed by Cristophe Pillet for Porro. A cozy rug envelops the central area of the living room from which the best views of the sea can be appreciated. The dining table accommodates 12 diners who can enjoy the views of the bay of Altea, which are reflected in the huge mirror of Porro arranged to capture the best views of the sea.
The huge kitchen has a dining area with seating for 10 people and is fully equipped (including integrated professional coffee maker and dish warmer). The laundry room includes a large capacity washer and dryer, ironing area and large pantry.
This floor has direct access to the main terrace of the house without stairs, where there is a beautiful saline infinity pool decorated with Italian mosaics in beige and earth tones, some of which will be illuminated at night creating a magical and relaxing effect for bathing. The Jacuzzi bench can accommodate up to 6 people and one more on the spa lounger. On cooler days, the pool can be heated (please consult us). The beach area is spacious and designed for the youngest members of the family.
Several living and dining areas are located on this terrace, where we can enjoy the sunny days or under the shade of the magnificent pergola and umbrellas of the villa. The table in corian Community by Myyours stands out, which flirtatiously has 10 large integrated armchairs. The built-in barbecue area is located on a rear terrace of the villa.
